In recent years crime has increased tremendously, both in public and in private. The fine police officers of Central Florida have spent a lot of time and energy to decrease and prevent crime. While the police have done an outstanding job it is still difficult to take actions against crimes that happen in the home, as well as preventing rapes and assaults. All that it takes for a rape or assault to happen is one individual who has the desire to do so, one individual to have a mental break down, one individual who has been hit hard by this recession.

 Here at OrlandoSafety your safety is our top priority.  We are here to help you be more aware of your surroundings so that you do not end up to be 1 out of 6 women who get raped every year in the United States. We have designed a curriculum specifically for women who have little training in self-defense or little time to train in self-defense.

OrlandoSafety  can afford to host these classes for free due to large support from the community. We do not ask that you pay to attend our self-defense class, ever, we do not require or demand that you join our regular martial arts classes, we only ask that you do, we do however request that you purchase the Women's Self-Defense book that we created for this program. 

 However, our curriculum is not enough to keep you safe from experienced criminals. For that you need to locate a martial arts school and begin training on a regular basis. You should look for a program that will constantly test your physical abilites and push you to remain mentaly focused when you are completly exhausted. This will help you be as ready as possible to defend yourself from an acquaintance or a stranger.
